What to Expect
Whether you're a lifelong church-goer or this is your first time in a church, you will find a warm welcome at First Presbyterian Church. Our hope is that you will take the next step into this community of faith. We invite you to be our guest this weekend and experience FPC for yourself.
When are your worship services?
We offer three Sunday services, one at 8:15 & two simultaneously at 11 a.m.
Come at 8:15 a.m. to experience a contemplative service—complete with organ, choir, hymns, Holy Communion, and a formal liturgy—in our Sanctuary.
The 11 a.m. hour offers worship in both the Sanctuary and in our Chapel. In the sanctuary, you'll find a more traditional service. In the chapel, you'll find guitars, keyboards, drums, and contemporary songs in The Bridge service.
All worship services have similar structure in terms of the order of service and scripture for the message. Communion is served the first Sunday of each month in the 11:00 Sanctuary service and every week in the 8:15 and Bridge services. Pick the service that is most convenient and the best fit for you. We recommend that you arrive approximately 10 minutes before any service to prepare your hearts for worship.
Discover First Class
This is a class for anyone interested in our church (even if you've been here for years). It is periodically offered in the Parlor on Sunday mornings at 9:30 for anyone interested in membership or knowing more about FPC. for more details.
