Christmas In Action

This is a Midland-born tradition that has spread throughout the nation. During the last weekend of April, volunteer work crews will be doing repair work on the homes of elderly and disabled residents. This is one of the most popular mission projects of the year, and there are jobs for all ages.

Habitat for Humanity

These projects involve periodic work days to support our local Habitat for Humanity.  Habitat strives to provide affordable housing to lower income families.  These are usually newly built homes in which the owner-occupants of these homes also provide a specific amount of work hours, alongside volunteers, on their own home or another Habitat home.
